Terms of Service

Last updated: May 27, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of DeployDoc ("Service"), operated by Khaled Atieh, a sole proprietor doing business as DeployDoc ("we", "us"), available at deploydoc.com. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

DeployDoc analyzes deployment configuration, environment variables, build logs and provider integrations to surface diagnostic findings and suggested fixes. Findings are advisory and do not replace your own engineering judgment.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@deploydoc.com of any unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable use

You will not (a) reverse engineer, resell, or sublicense the Service; (b) submit content you do not have rights to; (c) attempt to access other users' data; (d) probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service except via our coordinated disclosure process.

4. Customer data and connections

When you connect GitHub, Vercel, Netlify or other providers, you grant DeployDoc the minimum scopes necessary to perform diagnostics. Provider tokens are encrypted at rest (AES-GCM) and never exposed in the browser. You may revoke a connection at any time from your settings.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com Market Ltd. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all DeployDoc orders, and handles payments, billing, tax compliance, invoicing, subscription management, and refund processing. Your purchase is also subject to the Paddle Buyer Terms.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle and renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel at any time from Billing settings or the Paddle customer portal; access continues through the end of the current billing period and you will not be charged again. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy — DeployDoc offers a 14-day money-back guarantee on new subscriptions.

6. Intellectual property

DeployDoc and its branding are owned by us. The rules engine, fixtures and diagnostic output are licensed to you for use within the Service. You retain ownership of any code, logs or env files you submit.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that diagnostics will catch every issue or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DeployDoc's total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. On termination you may export your data for 30 days, after which it is permanently deleted.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced via email to the address on file at least 14 days before they take effect.
